The brief
International hotel brands carry their standards across borders; the contractor's job is to land them in local conditions, local codes, and a local supply chain. In the Eastern Province that means systems specified for genuine 50°C summers and commissioning witnessed against the operator's book.

The work
The building services package was delivered and commissioned to brand review, from central plant to guestroom terminal units, alongside our Hilton Garden Inn in Al Hofuf, on site now.
